I'm a classically trained chef, creative, resourceful & can provision intelligently, offering a variety of cuisines ranging from French to Asian Fusion& Pacific Rim styles. Drawing on my experience, having previously managed all aspects of my own catering company, I specialize in dealing directly with my guests to ascertain their culinary requirements and having therefore been able to develop a deep understanding of what prominent guests expect and always strive to exceed their expectations. Now in my 5th season in the yachting industry, I have crewed on several super-yachts, both busy charter & high profile vessels.
